Are they heavy?

Contrary to belief, polymer clay is very lightweight! The heaviest earrings I have created were .5 ounces! That’s like the weight of a quarter!

 

What is your return/refund policy?

You have 7 days to return an item once received. If an item is returned for a refund, it must be unused, not worn, and no damages as well as in its original packaging. Once the return is inspected, a refund will be issued to you if compliant.

Exchanges are not made. Non-returnable items consist of custom/personalized creations.

What can I do if I want an item that is sold out or that was created in the past?

I would absolutely love to help with that! I love custom doing custom pieces! Fill out the contact form of what you are requesting and if you have a photo of it or the name of the piece when it was originally created, that would help immensely - if not, I’m sure that we can figure it out if you have details!

 

How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping your order out, if buying from what it is stock on the site, will take 1-3 business days. If you placed a custom order, the turn around time is 1-2 weeks. This also depends on the amount made for the custom order.

For wholesale orders, this will depend on the amount ordered and will be discussed when the order is placed.

 

Is Lat Long Co° products available in any store fronts for me to shop at?

I am in the works to get some products in a few local boutiques, so stay tuned!

If you know of a boutique or store front that has space locally, I would love to hear about it in hopes to put Lat Long Co° products on more places of the map! (pun intended)

Why can’t I wear my earrings while swimming/showering, etc?

This is simply to extend the life of your jewelry. Polymer clay does not hold water, but what is in the water (pool, ocean, shower, lake, etc) can break down your beauties. I want your pieces to last the longest they possibly can! This also goes for the hardware used to assemble your pieces.

 

What if my item is damaged when I receive it?

If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact me immediately. If it is more than 24 hours after receiving it (from the time it says delivered on the site - it will say delivered on my end since all of my shipments come with tracking), then there will not be any refund or remake of the pair.

 

I have sensitive ears/skin, what kind of materials do you use?

I will always use hardware that is lead and nickel free. Hardware that is used is gold plated, brass (can be raw brass that I treat for longevity before shipment - aka won’t tarnish for a bit), silver plated, titanium or surgical steel.

Each piece that is available will have a description of what materials were used in the making of the product. The goal is to have gold filled, brass, and titanium and/or surgical steel for all hardware used in the VERY near future.

 

Are my earrings supposed to bend?!

Cured/Baked polymer clay is naturally flexible. However, please do not tempt the flexibility of your earrings/piece as it will break at a certain point! Please use caution when storing or removing your earrings to prevent any damages to your beauties!

 

I don’t have pierced ears, but I love your jewelry, do you have clip on styles?

What is fun and awesome about the dangle earrings is that I an most likely change out every dangle pair to become a clip on style! If you see a pair that you would like turned into a clip on style, please note that in the comments during checkout - at no extra charge to change it out!

Where do you ship?

Right now, I am only shipping within the United States. However, I hope to get into shipping internationally very soon!! If you are interested in a pair and you are outside the country, please use the contact form found to let me know there is something you would like to purchase and I can look into shipping costs for your location!

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

I sure do! Please not that during checkout - or if you forget during checkout, please fill out the contact form with your Order number requesting the item(s) that you would like to be gift wrapped!

 
 

Help! How do I clean my earrings!?

It is best to gently use a q-tip with water or a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol.

When cleaned or not wearing, store your piece(s) in a dry location away from moisture/humidity and prevent it from touching other jewelry to prevent scratches, discoloration, or breaking.

 

If I am local, can I come shop your inventory?

Yes - you can! Please make an appointment to do so though! Just use the contact form and we will schedule a time for you to come by and shop! I love seeing things in person, so I know the excitement of shopping in person!

 

If I need a different hook/hoop/stud or backing attachment, can I request that?

Yes - absolutely! During checkout, there is a comment box, just let me know there and I will be able to accommodate that! Please remember though, if it is a stud style earring (not a dang at all), I won’t be able to change those as they are glued and then resin sealed. Anything that is on a hook, hoop, lever back, stud ball post, etc….anything that dangles….that can be changed at your request! :)
